From the front door you enter a useful porch where you can leave coats and boots.
An internal door leads to comfortable
lounge with sofa and armchairs, TV (with Freeview), DVD player and video. There is a storage cupboard under
the stairs with vacuum, iron and ironing board and other essentials.

From the lounge go through to the kitchen diner with views through the sun lounge out to sea.
The kitchen diner has a large table and chairs and is equipped with washing machine, microwave, cooker,
fridge and separate freezer.

Stunning views can be enjoyed best from the sun lounge at the rear where there is a bed settee that
can be used to sleep one additional adult or two small children.

There is
a shower room with instant hot shower, toilet and basin.

Outside From the sun lounge step outside to the raised
deck with table and chairs to enjoy a relaxing evening with a glass of wine while watching the sun set. Outside there is also
a lawned and gated area to the rear and side of the house which backs directly on the farmland.
Parking is on
street in the no through close.
Accessibility: The garden is accessed via two steps down just inside
the gate and the accommodation is accessed via two steps from the garden to the front door.

To ensure your stay is as relaxing as possible there are no meters and no extra charges. Prices are
inclusive of electricity, heating, linen and towels. See below for further information. Kenidjack View operates a Friday
changeover and is available from 3pm on your arrival day and must be vacated by 11am on your departure day.

Kenidjack View
Dogs
are welcome by arrangement at no additional charge however a charge may be made if damage is caused.
A travel cot, portable stair gate and high chair
are available. Please provide your own bedding for the cot.
All linen, towels (1 bath, 1 hand towel per person plus cloakroom and kitchen towels), tea towels and electricity
are included.
All
beds have a duvet and two pillows per person. Spare pillows and blankets are available.
There is no phone available at the property, but there is a
good signal for most mobile phones and a payphone is a short walk away.
At Kenidjack View parking is on a no through road.
Kenidjack View has storage heaters with an additional
electric fire in the lounge.
Hot water is from a tank, with instant hot water for the shower.
There is currently no broadband access, but there is a Wifi hotspot within a couple of minutes at the Commercial
Hotel in St Just.
