Downstairs there is a well laid out open plan living area and fully fitted kitchen, while upstairs the three bedrooms are presented to a high standard, as is the rest of the property. Grace Cottage Accommodation

Downstairs, a useful small porch opens out to the open plan living and dining area. This spacious room has a traditional granite fireplace and wooden floors with a large dining table, comfortable seating, a TV and CD player.

Off the living area is a fully fitted kitchen with all that you might need including a dishwasher, cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine.

Downstairs there is also a family bathroom with WC, hand basin and bath with shower over.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms along with a shower room and separate WC.

There is a large double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a single bedroom with a guest bed that can be made into another twin room. Please ask when booking.

Outside at the front of the property there is a sunny garden, plus there is a further yard and entrance at the back accessed via the kitchen.

Parking is on the road outside the property.

Grace Cottage is a non-smoking property.
